Ad-Hold advertising productions are up to 8 minutes in length and play licensed music and professionally narrated messages to callers waiting on-hold. The programs inform your callers placed on-hold about your business, promotions, new products, etc. and are available in packages of varying numbers of updates annually.
Our Ad-Hold players connect directly to your phone system's control unit. (See equipment page.) Customer is responsible for any installation cost associated with contracting an on-site technician.

Program pricing is based on how often your messages are updated throughout the year. Equipment: We offer our equipment at the lowest cost possible. You have the option to purchase the equipment or pay a small refundable deposit and use our equipment for the term of the agreement. We use only the finest state of the art equipment. You get only the best from Ad-Hold!

* If you have the same customers calling each month placing orders or requesting support than you need to change the messages more frequently than if your customers only did business with you once a year or less frequently. You want to keep the messages current and fresh so your repeat callers will continue to listen and not tune the messages out. (All programs include licensed background music, professional scriptwriting, and professional male or female voice talent.
